Regarding individual labour law, we represent both employers and employees extrajudicially and judicially, in areas such as:

• Drafting of employment contracts, termination agreements and other contracts relating to labour law
• Protection against unfair (terminating) dismissals
• Protection against dismissals with the option of modified conditions of employment
• Specially protected employees (maternity protection, disabled persons etc.)
• Outsourcing/transfer of undertakings, works or parts of business pursuant to § 613a of the German Civil Code
