	Regarding individual labour law, we represent both employers and employees extrajudicially and judicially, in areas such as:
	- Drafting of employment contracts, termination agreements and other contracts relating to labour law
 
	- Protection against unfair (terminating) dismissals
 
	- Protection against dismissals with the option of modified conditions of employment
 
	- Specially protected employees (maternity protection, disabled persons etc.)
 
	- Outsourcing/transfer of undertakings, works or parts of business pursuant to § 613a of the German Civil Code
